TERMS & CONDITIONS
Totallylargeshoes.co.uk is the online trading subsidiary of Totally
a part of Fashion Estrada (UK) Ltd. All materials read on this site are
provided by Fashion Estrada (UK) Ltd, which disclaims all warranties accessed
by the reader. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
CONTRACT INFORMATION
- All orders placed at totalllargeshoes.co.uk
are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Totally... will only accept Pound Sterling as
a method of payment on-line.
- Until a confirmation of Order Dispatch has been
sent to the purchaser, there remains no existing contract between Totally
and the purchasers, and vice versa.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following credit/debit cards:
VISA, UK Delta, UK Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Switch Solo.
We do not accept American Express.
Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE
Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods
are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
ONLINE SECURITY
Totally... take on-line security very seriously, we use a server certificate
to assure our customers of our identity and secure socket layer (SSL).
Purchases made at Totally... remain safe and secure. All data transmissions
to and from the site are encrypted, so your personal and/or card details
are secure A padlock symbol present at the bottom right of your computer
screen reassures you that our website is safe and secure. Therefore purchases
cannot be made through an unsecured website.
TERMS OF SALE
We strife to portray our products as true to its image as possible - in
terms, of colour, design details, fabric and style. However, slight variations
might occur between our portrayal of the footwear and the actual image
(delivered), due to differences in computer settings and photography.
We quote prices of the goods on our website next
to chosen products. The prices are in Pound Sterling and is inclusive
of UK Vat (17.5%). Customers outside the EU will automatically have the
UK Vat deducted from the total cost of the goods.
All transactions are subject to credit/debit card approval. Refunds or
credits are subject to UK Consumer Rights Charter.
General Delivery Information
UK
Items in stock, we aim to deliver to you within 7 working days of the
date we receive the order. However, where a particular product is out
of stock, delivery of that product might take up to 28 working days or
more. In such cases, we would notify the customer of the situation, with
a proposed delivery date. Otherwise, the customer has the option of canceling
their order - full refund given.
Delivery is by Royal Mail Signed For Packet post.
Delivery cost per pair £6.99 and £6.00 for each additional
pair on the same order
Europe
Items in stock we aim to deliver to you within 7 working days of the date
we receive the order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to
inform you of a proposed delivery date or alternative options. Delivery
is by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For (dependent on recipient's
country, see list of countries to which this applies).
Delivery cost per pair £15.00 and £13.00 for each additional
pair on the same order thereafter.
Rest of the world
Items in stock we aim to deliver to you within 14 working days of the
date we receive the order. If an item is out of stock we will contact
you to inform you of a proposed delivery date or alternative options.
Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Delivery cost per pair £20.00 and £18.00 for each additional
pair on the same order thereafter.

Stating your order reference, name and contact number and we will contact
you as soon as possible.
Boots and shoes will always be delivered as individual
packages. Therefore only additional items on the same order will be charged
at the discounted postage rate.
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next
working day.
All parcels will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Totally... takes pride in offering high quality footwear. Our goods are
checked for quality before they are package and sent to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please return purchased footwear unworn and in its original
conditions (shoe stuffing intact) within 14 working days, and ensure that
the returns forms at the back of the invoice is duly completed and returned
to us. We advice that these be sent back to us at the following address:
39 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 7PP.
By Royal mail special delivery or via a courier
service so that they are insured for you and traceable. Please note that
the cost returning goods to Totally
is borne by you.
STATUTORY RIGHTS AND FAULTY GOODS
Your statutory rights are not affected when returning purchased goods.
Totally... will only grant an exchange or refund, if footwear is returned
in its original condition. In order to ensure this is the case, footwear
must be tried on carpeted surface only. Should the footwear appear scratched,
marked, soiled, worn or damaged, Totally
will not grant the exchange
or refund request.
When returning goods, please fill out the returns slip at the back of
the invoice, stating the reason for returns and whether you would like
an exchange or a refund. Ensure that you keep the goods in its original
packaging, slide it into carrier bags with bubble wrap, and then write
our return address on a plain paper or use the sticky returns label we
provided with your invoice.
Totally... reserves the right to deduct the cost
of repackaging for footwear not returned in its original packaging.
It is recommended that you post any returns to us by special delivery
(Royal Mail), obtaining proof of posting in the process, as Totally...
will not be liable for goods lost in transit.
The cost of posting any returns will be fully borne by the purchaser.
FAULTY GOODS
The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) states, in respect of 'faulty'
unworn goods that; consumers are entitled to a reasonable time to reject
unsatisfactory goods and demand an exchange or full refund.
Our products are manufactured to very high standards and therefore bear
full manufacturers warranty. Customers will not be liable for basic defects
arising in workmanship and/or failure in use. Repairs, exchange and full
refunds will be given should the product experience manufacturing defects
or failure in use. That said, we do not offer any guarantees against standard
wear and where this is the case (for seeking an exchange or refund), Totally...
reserves the right to seek advice from an independent body.
In so doing, should the returned product be found to bear no manufacturing
defects or failure in use, but due to wear and tear, we would not reimburse
the cost of postage to the customer.
To minimise wear and tear of any footwear, we suggest that you take good
care of it and follow the tips below:
- Re-heel heels, outer soles just before it begins
to wear out,
- Do not wear certain style of footwear (i.e.
suede, party sandals, shoes made with delicate leather) in unfavourable
weather conditions.
- Show adequate care when putting on or taking
off footwear.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy has been set out as a legal document highlighting
personal information collected and stored, how it is used, or to whom
it may be disclosed, security measures put in place by us to protect against
its misuse and how you can correct any mistakes in the information held
by us.
Information is automatically gathered on our website when you use our
electronic forms. The purpose of which is to keep you up to date with
information such as new stock arrival that might be of interest to you.
If you do not wish at anytime, to receive such information, please send
us an email us at customercare@totallylargeshoes.co.uk, advising us not
to send you any information.
In accordance with UK DATA Protection Legislation,
we adhere to very strict security procedures with regards to storing and
disclosing customer information, by protecting you against any unauthorised
accesses that may lead to any loss or misuse of information gathered on
this website.
Totally... seriously guards against any misuse of customer information
and will not pass your personal details or any personal information you
provide us onto a third party either by sale, trade or rent.
All orders are carried out in a safe and secure environment. We have subscribed
to high technology and security methods that ensures all order placement,
order fulfilment, and customer information remain confidential at all
time.
